what we collect, and why

• The email you leave in the pilot signup. Purpose: to write back about the pilot — nothing else. Legal basis: your consent, and the steps needed before entering a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(a), (b)). A human reads every signup; you are never added to a marketing list.
• Ordinary server logs. Your IP address and request data pass through Cloudflare (our CDN/security provider) and our own web server, used only to run and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (site security and operation). Logs rotate on a short schedule.

where it's stored

Pilot signups are stored in Google Forms and its linked spreadsheet on our Google Workspace account (processor: Google Ireland Ltd.; data may be processed in the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). We keep signups until the pilot list is wound down or you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first.

what this site does not do

• No cookies. No analytics. No tracking pixels.
• No third-party fonts or scripts — everything on this page is served from our own domain.
• No selling or sharing of your data with anyone, full stop.

your rights

You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time — one email to [email protected] does it. You can also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or the authority in your own EU country.
